Aristotle Onassis knew that something glittery is the perfect Easter gift.
Aristotle had married Jackie Kennedy in late 1968. For their first Easter together a holiday very important to both of them, Aristotle took Jackie on-board his yacht and into Mediterranean waters off Greece. Easter morning 1969 he presented her with a simple breakfast tray containing a note card that read “Happy Easter”, next to which was laid a $312,000 bracelet made of flawless diamonds, rubies, amethysts, emeralds and sapphires – the colours of royalty.
L to R: 18 carat white gold and pink sapphire bunny cufflinks; Sterling silver bunny necklace (Exclusive to Holland & Holland);18 carat white gold and diamond bunny earrings.
Celebrate this Easter with Powder Hill London’s Run Rabbit Run collection. A flurry of white gold and white diamonds accented with pink sapphires or blue diamonds.
